Return Policy

Textbooks Purchased in the Bookstore

Refunds on textbooks are available from the time we begin selling books for the current term, until the end of the second week of classes. New books being returned MUST be in NEW condition or a refund will not be given. Shrink-wrapped packages, books with sealed access codes and/or CD,s will not be returned if opened. YOU MUST BRING YOUR ORIGINAL, UNALTERED CASH REGISTER RECEIPT TO OBTAIN A REFUND.

Textbooks Purchased On-Line

Textbooks purchased on-line require authorization for return since they may not arrive in the store before the end of the return period. Please call us at (503)594-6500 for permission to return.

Supplies

Supply items must be returned within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new condition. You must bring your receipt.

Calculators, Sale Items, and Study Aids

There are no refunds or exchanges on these items.

Purchases Made By Checks

Purchases made by check require a 14-day waiting period before cash is reimbursed. A store credit is issued in the interim.
